ASP Comment about 4/27 lesson.
I think that it is not good rate of percentage of woman works at government. Man and woman has ofcourse different the way of thinking, experience and the opinion. So if the percentage of the woman's rate at the government is 10%, that would not reflect woman's opinion at the government. In Japan, man was the better lank than woman from really long time ago. It was kind of the culture in Japan (Ex, Edo era). but I think that we need to change this form and try to make equal with woman & man 's rate.

Blogging Assignment 4/19/Mon : How do "good" college teachers present information?"
According to Meiland, a “good” college teacher presents information in the following way. Normally, “good” college teacher talk about what is currently believed right now to the student and have discussion and exam in the classes.
What the students need most to learn at the college is not the special knowledge which the student learned in the class but the way of thinking, skills, attitudes and understanding.
So “good” teachers give the information, but which information is not absolutely and eternally true (which is like high school). Students need to investigate the information and to find the answer that he or she can really understand. In college, students want to the materials be believed on the basis of reason rather than on the basis of authority. So teachers really need to think about these and give the information to the student carefully. (should not be authoritative.)
