ASP Assignment (Desert survival problem) 5/11/Tue
Indivisual:62 Group:62
We don't know when this kind of problem will happen in our life, so it is really important to know what we can do in this kind of situation.
The first thing that we should do is stay there. If we walk around the desert, that would be really dangerous losing way or losing physical power. we can stay there can wait rescue team.
And also I could know the most dangerous stuff in the desert, which is Salt & Alchol. We will lose our water if we take those stuff.
And there are many things that we can use differently from normal way. Like mirror, we can use as light reflector. Or Parachute as a marker "SOS". We need to think a lot and try to chose the best way when we are in that kind of situation.

Class Discussion 5/7 Fri (ASP)
We had a discussion about "Who will rescue first if the accident happened in the Diamond Mine".
There were 12 people, each person has different age & different background.
Our group thought that what the most important thing in this problems. The thing which we need most is rescue them fairly. For example, in movie "Titanic" there were few boats and not all people can't ride in. So they decided to the order to ride into boats. That order was, Rich→Woman→Man. Those were the culture of the Europe and America that "lady first", but they also rescue rich people. I thought that was not fair.
Our group conclusion was. "Save young people earlier that old people" that is because young people has longer future than old people.
As we thought of the discussion, I noticed that it is really difficult to chose the order of the human life. We can't make the order and everyone's life is equal.

ASP Comment about 4/27 lesson.
About "Woman's population of Japan is about 50%, but woman works at government is only 10%"
I think that it is not good rate of percentage of woman works at government. Man and woman has ofcourse different the way of thinking, experience and the opinion. So if the percentage of the woman's rate at the government is 10%, that would not reflect woman's opinion at the government. In Japan, man was the better lank than woman from really long time ago. It was kind of the culture in Japan (Ex, Edo era). but I think that we need to change this form and try to make equal with woman & man 's rate.

1.Bad Discussion
Loud, Bored, Offended, Shy, Immature
-Just one person talk and not to hear other's opinion.
-Being shy, not talking anything.
-Attack to other's opinion controversially.
-Doing different things during discussion and not concerned.
-The leader can't take the leadership of the group.
2.Good Discussionnion
-Leader take the leadership of the group and try to all group member understand themes of the discussion well.
-Everyone join in the discssion and share each opinion with others.
-Try to understand other opinion, then show what he or she think.
At first, Good discussion needs the good leader of the group. He need to be able to care other group members. Then also other group members have to have their each opinion and try to show other people and share thought. No one can think different things beside themes of the discussion, and being nice to others (listening careflly, say gentlly etc...). those are the way that being held the good discussion.

This is theme that I slected for my 5 paragraph essay;
Group work is very helpful in developing other academic skills. This is because when we do the group work, we can find new opinion by sharing thought with the other people, we should communicate with the other people so we can improve our speaking skills and we can understand the way that how we take the leadership of the group by experiencing leader of the group.
